Why Support Us?

The programs at PAAN represent a continuum of care that includes mentoring, advocacy, mediation, job readiness programming, job training, employment assistance, parenting and facilitating enrollment in treatment. Often, effectively addressing violence and/or substance abuse requires a broad based intervention. Families and whole neighborhoods need help and support if we hope to sustain positive outcomes for an individual. Moreover, our job doesn’t end when someone enters a treatment program or finds a job. We stay around to help ensure that they keep the job, or stay in treatment.
